| The
main structure is pyramid
shaped with high rigidity featuring 980mm
base width, 1350mm saddle length to offer wide
processing applications for enhanced cutting
accuracy. The structure design provides excellent
mechanical properties, stable thermal and shock
damping effects. Reinforced by the inner rib
support, Y-axis with double slide ways (660mm
for the outer slide way width) offers the best
possible back and forth movement reliability.
High rigidity castings are adopted for the superb
combination of base, columns and saddle. FC-3
high quality castings enhances mechanical stability
entirely with few deformation. Slide ways coated
with Turcite-B generate extended durability
and hand scrapped slide way surface makes high
precision cutting fully guaranteed. For better
machining precision, Ball Bar testing and laser
detection are used during the assembly of guiding
screws of 3 axes.

Belt Type Spindle
|
- Spindle
head: cooling troughs circulates spindle
head. In case of heavy-duty or high
speed cutting, good cooling circulation
will reduce spindle temperature significantly.
To avoid of spindle thermal deformation
which may cause spindle decentralizing
to affect machining accuracy, steel
ball tool clamping method is adopted
with reliable tool clamping power STM(-1000).
- Large spindle
diameter of Ø150 combines with ultra
precision positioning by angular ball
screw bearings.
AC spindle
motor with 10/15HP drives the spindle
to produce machining speed from 60 ~
800 rpm. The high rigidity spindle structure
is good for heavy duty cutting with
180cc/min cutting capacity.
